Open TelegramTwice Monthly Practice
Ekadashi falls on the 11th lunar day. That is twice a month, every month. Fasting on this day is one of the oldest and most widely practiced intercultural disciplines, valued as a rhythmic anchor for physiological reset, contemplative depth, inner stillness, and shared practice. Some traditions fast on Ekadashi to clear karma, some traditions do it to commune with God, other practitioners simply to feel good. We provide the community with reminders and easy tips for safe ~24 hour fast twice monthly.
